Terms and conditions:

১) কাস্টমস এ সমস্যা হলে ৯০ দিন অপেক্ষা করতে হবে।

২) নিজ দায়িত্বে অফিস থেকে পণ্য বুঝে নেওয়ার পর কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

৩) পণ্য হারিয়ে গেলে, ৯০ দিন পরে আপনি প্রতি কেজি ৪০০ টাকা জরিমানা পাবেন।

৪) কোনো ধরনের স্প্রে, ওষুধ, গ্যাস, স্প্রাইট, অ্যাসিড, অ্যালকোহল, কাচের পাত্র, সোনা, রূপা এবং অন্যান্য মূল্যবান জিনিসপত্র, আগ্নেয়াস্ত্র, দাহ্য পদার্থ, ব্যাটারি ইত্যাদি পাঠানো নিষিদ্ধ।

৫) উপরের ঘোষণায় কোন অবৈধ পণ্য থাকলে, প্রেরক হিসাবে শিপার দায়ী থাকবে।

৬) কোনো ট্যাক্স প্রদেয় পণ্য থাকলে, শিপার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ট্যাক্স প্রদান করবে।

৭) কাস্টমস ক্লিয়ারেন্সের পরে প্রাপক ০২-০৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য গ্রহণ করতে হবে, যদি পণ্য না নেয় তবে গুদাম চার্জ যোগ করা হবে এবং 30 দিন পরে পণ্যগুলি আমাদের ব্যবস্থাপনা দ্বারা বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে। কোম্পানি পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

1) If there is a problem in the customs, you have to wait for 90 days.

2) No complaint is admissible after understanding the goods from the office at one's own risk.

3) If the goods are lost, after 90 days you will get a fine of 400TK per kg.

4) It is prohibited to send any kind of spray, drug, gas, sprite, acid, alcohol, glassware, gold, silver and other valuable goods, firearms, combustibles, batteries etc.

5) If there are any illegal goods in the above declaration, the Shipper will be responsible as the sender.

6) If there is any tax payable goods, the Shipper will pay the tax as per rule.

7) Recipient should receive the goods within 2-3 days after customs clearance, if the goods are not delivered, warehouse charges will be added and after 30 days the goods will be confiscated by our management. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

Others Guide:

While shipping from Bangladesh, customs clearance will depend on the category of the good you are shipping. Your shipment can be categorized as –

• Documents, which do not have any commercial value.
• Non-document dutiable goods, which carries commercial value.
• Shipments of Documents, which do not have any commercial value requires only fully completed Stargaze International Air Waybill.

Shipment of non-document dutiable goods, which carries commercial value requires the following documentation:

• Three copies of original commercial invoice in company letterhead for company to company non-document shipments.
• Export Registration Certificate
• Value Added Tax Registration (VAT) Certificate and
• Copy of the authorized letter identifying shipper as a liaison office or buying house.

Prohibitions & Restrictions

Bangladesh Customs has prohibited and restricted certain items for export from Bangladesh. These items are in addition to items prohibited by the IATA. Shippers are responsible for making sure that the goods they are shipping will be accepted by the destination country.

Shipment of the following items are forbidden for export from Bangladesh

• Currencies
• Pornographic materials
• Arms and explosives
• Leather (Wet blue)
• Ice (Wet)
• Radioactive material
• Jewelry containing precious metals
• Metals, precious
• Food, perishable
• Human body parts
• Liquor
• Live animals
• Passport

Shipment of the following items are restricted for export from Bangladesh

Shipment of original passports is totally restricted by the Customs of Bangladesh, but it may be exported in special cases with the endorsement of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Please remember the following regulations while shipping from Bangladesh:

• For size and weight maximums please check with the destination country's limits.
• Dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is greater, determines the shipment tariff.
